Each restaurant puts out some food and firecrackers.
They light the firecrackers and the dragon "eats" the food.
This is repeated for each of the 50 restaurants in the ID.
Dragons, drums, some kind of creepy baby, and a gold kimono king guy run around to all the restaurants.
