We had official wine tasting mats, folks brought cupcakes and lots of people didn't drink the Merlot.

I should state again, TBTL is NOT a cult.  It's just a radio program but it's also super meta and self referential.  For example, people were toasting and saying "Hammer Time!" because a listener tried to convince all of Europe that, in America, that is how we say "cheers".
