A big late lunch, and a Fast and Furious marathon gave me a nice big nap in the middle of the day.
There's no blood going to it.
It's to the point where I can't focus on the things that matter, but I can't shut my brain off.
That mental energy has to go somewhere.
Today, I won the Super Bowl three times.
With the Bengals, Seahawks, and Dolphins.
This was relaxing.
There are big lists of other things I want to accomplish.
But this is all I could do today.
