It happens to the best teams. We finally lost one. We learned some things about ourselves, and over time, this will help us come together as a team. We just need to keep our composure. Some folks were very preoccupied with an upcoming flashmob (above). I blame that for dividing our attention. If we refocus, we can come back twice as strong.
