Twilight Exit is a great neighborhood bar in the Central District. They run Happy Hour until 8pm every night. We sat near a Ms. Pac Man table. They have shuffleboard, pinball, and Big Buck Hunter. Plus they allow dogs, which somehow makes anyplace feel 10x more friendly.
