Marination Station is the new storefront for the Marination Mobile, which is consistently named one of the best food trucks in America. The permanent storefront is located on Capitol Hill above the QFC in the Pike/Pine corridor. You just take the escalator up to this strange rooftop patio.
Marination Mobile has been around for a few years. (You've probably heard of them. They get tons of press.) They specialize in Hawaiian/ Korean Curb Cuisine (mostly Sliders and Tacos).
My plate consisted of two sliders and two tacos.
But it was so good I went back for seconds.
Yes, that's a Spam Slider below. Yes it's delicious.
Totally unrelated to that, I had one of my best shuffleboard ends ever at Auto Battery.
